Personal Trainer

The training is based on Sports Medicine. It is given either at the Viikin Monitoimitalo's gym (Viikki Sports Center) or at your own gym. Training can also be done outdoors or at home.

- Personal Trainer instruction    79€/h
- Exercise programme + one training session (1h)    99€
- Training package for 3 months/ 12 sessions,    845 €. This includes an exercise programme for 3 months
- All prices incl. VAT 25,5%

Massage

Do you feel tension in your back and neck after long working hours at the computer? Have intensive sports caused you problems?
You can choose the classic massage or the sports massage.
